Once you have received your purchase, you can try them on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 3 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return*.
We will collect the package from your home or an alternative address for free if you are located in Lebanon. For other countries, the customer will handle the shipping or other transportation fees, taxes, duties and other charges which may be applicable to the return.
Please keep in mind that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
All items on Sale or discounted are not subject to exchanges or returns.
All items purchased with a Josee Efrem Designs Gift Card are not subject to exchanges or returns.
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate, they vary depending on the screen and pixels.

Please make sure your products are returned new, unused and in the same condition as received. The tag identifying the product must still be attached to the product and the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or instruction manuals.
